Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases from augmentingeverything.com, operated by Augmenting Everything (selling under the Preschoolify brand).

Digital products (PDF downloads, app access)

Because our digital products are delivered instantly by email and cannot be returned in the same way as a physical good, our digital-product refund policy is as follows:

  • If the PDF download fails or the file is corrupted — contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resend the file or issue a full refund.
  • If the Preschoolify app does not work on your device (after verifying minimum requirements: Android 8+ or iOS 12+) — contact us within 7 days for a full refund.
  • If you change your mind after downloading the PDF — refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Because the file has already been delivered, we cannot guarantee a refund, but we will always try to be fair.
  • License violations (sharing the PDF, posting it online, etc.) void the right to a refund and may result in legal action.

Physical products (printed flash card kits)

  • Damaged on arrival or manufacturing defect — report within 7 days with photos. We will replace or refund.
  • Change of mind — unopened, undamaged kits can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the order was sent in error.
  • Opened, used, or partially printed kits are not eligible for return.

How to request a refund

  1. Email augmentingeverything2022@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the request.
  2. For PDF issues, attach a screenshot of the problem.
  3. For app issues, mention your device model and operating system version.
  4. For physical product issues, attach clear photos of the damage or defect.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through our payment gateway PayU. Once approved, the refund is initiated by us within 2 business days. Funds typically reflect in your account within 7–10 business days for Indian debit/credit/UPI/netbanking; international card refunds may take longer depending on your bank.

Cancellations

You may cancel any order before it is fulfilled. Digital orders are fulfilled within minutes of payment; physical orders are typically fulfilled within 1–2 business days. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible.
