Digital products (PDF + App)
- Delivery method: Email — your PDF download link is sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
- Delivery time: Instantly upon successful payment (usually within 1–2 minutes).
- Delivery cost: Free — there is no shipping charge for digital products.
- Download window: Your download link remains active for at least 30 days. We recommend downloading and saving the PDF immediately after purchase.
- App access: Free download from Google Play Store (Android 8+) and Apple App Store (iOS 12+). No login required to use AR scanning.
If you don’t receive your PDF
- Check your spam / junk / promotions folder.
- Confirm that the email address on your order is correct.
- If still not received within 1 hour, contact us at augmentingeverything2022@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend it.
Physical products (printed flash card kits)
- Shipping origin: India
- Domestic delivery time: 3–7 business days (metros), 5–10 business days (other locations).
- International delivery time: 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.
- Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping over ₹1,999 (India only).
- Cash on Delivery: Available on selected pincodes in India.
- Tracking: A tracking number is emailed once your order is dispatched.
International orders
Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our price or shipping charge.
Shipping delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, customs inspections, or other factors outside our control. We are not liable for such delays, but we will assist you in tracking the parcel.
